Grocery store shelves can empty very fast during emergencies, buying in bulk can help ensure food security for you and your family.
View our grass fed beef options below and feel free to contact us with any questions. Our beef is butchered in the fall, however we accept orders throughout the year. To place an order, click the order button and fill out a contact form with your order request and we will reply via email within a few days. We do require a deposit of approximately half the amount of your total order. The remainder will be charged after the meat is cut, wrapped and weighed. We do this to help us maintain an accurate inventory and to help you spread out the cost.
Pricing is based on your actual take home weight, not the hanging weight. We find this is easier as it’s more like purchasing from the grocery store.

Quarter Cut
All of our beef is 100% grass fed and finished. A quarter cut will typically include roast & steak options, ground, stew meat, organs, tallow and soup bones.

Half Cut
All of our beef is 100% grass fed and finished. A half cut will typically include roast & steak options, ground, stew meat, organs, tallow and soup bones, optional sausage is extra.
(whole cuts are available as well at the same price as our half cut)
